We are seeking a proactive and skilled Upwork Proposal Specialist to identify and secure freelance opportunities that align with our service offerings. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting tailored, persuasive proposals and managing our Upwork profile to maximize win rates and foster long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant job postings and bidding opportunities on Upwork that match our service capabilities.
- Develop customized and compelling proposals and cover letters designed to maximize the chances of winning projects.
- Strategically manage the Upwork profile by maintaining high ratings, improving the Job Success Score, and encouraging positive client feedback.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to secure repeat business and long-term collaborations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to accurately estimate project efforts and ensure delivery timelines are realistic and achievable.
- Maintain detailed records of all proposals submitted, track outcomes, and analyze lessons learned to continuously refine the bidding strategy.
