Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pantry and Office Support Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and pantry areas, and supporting general office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking to contribute to the smooth functioning of daily office activities and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors, ensuring quality and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pantry, including washing dishes, utensils, and properly disposing of waste to uphold hygiene standards.
- Monitor pantry inventory levels regularly and place orders for tea, coffee, snacks, and other essential supplies to ensure consistent availability.
- Assist with the setup and clearing of meetings and events by arranging refreshments and necessary supplies, contributing to a professional and hospitable atmosphere.
- Perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning shelves, and maintaining restrooms to support a clean and safe workplace.
- Organize and maintain office files, assist with sorting mail and managing deliveries, and provide miscellaneous office support tasks as required to enhance overall office efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role involving pantry management, beverage preparation, or office support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and maintain cleanliness effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact courteously with staff and visitors.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced office environment.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards related to food and beverage handling.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
