Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to both existing and prospective clients, guiding them through our services, and addressing any questions they may have. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in scheduling consultations and follow-ups, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with counselling and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate outbound calls to clients, providing clear guidance on our services and resolving any queries promptly. You will be responsible for booking consultation and follow-up sessions with students, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that timely reminders are sent to avoid any missed meetings.

Maintaining accurate and detailed call logs is essential, as is updating our CRM system after every interaction. This ensures continuity in client support and allows for personalized service tailored to each individual’s needs. After sessions, you will follow up with clients to collect feedback, share relevant updates, and offer additional assistance when necessary.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the counselling and operations teams to maintain consistent communication and deliver high-quality customer support. This teamwork ensures that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care throughout their engagement with our services.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, with a friendly and confident phone presence that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
