Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to oversee and ensure seamless HR service delivery across multiple locations within the assigned region. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, supporting payroll processes, handling employee relations, and maintaining daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements, paired with excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee smooth and efficient HR service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for the assigned region, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with payroll teams by gathering necessary inputs and data to facilitate accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving grievances, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
- Assist in the preparation of HR operations and payroll-related reports to support management decision-making and compliance audits.
- Handle daily HR operations such as onboarding new hires, managing offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
