Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Software Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by leveraging automation testing tools and frameworks. This position requires a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to manage the entire Software Bug Life Cycle effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of high-quality software by performing thorough quality assurance activities throughout the software development process.
- Utilize automation testing tools and frameworks to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts that enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to align testing activities with project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage the Software Bug Life Cycle by accurately reporting, tracking, and verifying defects to ensure timely resolution and maintain software integrity.
- Develop, write, and execute detailed test plans and test cases, adapting quickly to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Employ strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, troubleshoot defects, and recommend effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration across teams.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload independently.
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude towards task management, consistently striving to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks relevant to the software development environment.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in QA processes.
- Experience managing the Software Bug Life Cycle, including defect identification, reporting, tracking, and verification.
- Ability to write comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to project requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and organize tasks to meet tight deadlines independently.
