Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Education Counselor to guide students through the complex process of selecting and applying to universities in the UK and other countries. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on courses, admission criteria, entrance exams, and scholarships, ensuring students make informed decisions aligned with their academic and career goals. This role involves direct student interaction, collaboration with international university representatives, and active participation in promotional activities to enhance the company’s presence in the global education market.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise and counsel students on university options, course selections, admission requirements, entrance examinations, and scholarship opportunities in the UK and internationally. Tailor guidance based on individual student aspirations and academic profiles.
- Conduct telephonic counseling sessions with prospective students and invite them for in-person consultations at the office to deepen engagement and support.
- Assist students with visa application processes, ensuring they understand and meet the requirements for studying abroad, particularly in the UK and other target countries.
- Liaise with foreign university delegates and international admission offices to stay updated on admission policies and facilitate smooth communication.
- Represent the company at international education fairs, exhibitions, school visits, and other relevant events to promote educational opportunities and build relationships with prospective students and institutions.
- Maintain accurate records of student visits and follow up consistently through phone calls, SMS, and emails to provide ongoing support and updates.
- Organize and conduct webinars, online interviews (both video and voice), and career counseling sessions to reach a wider audience of prospective applicants.
- Assess student qualifications and academic backgrounds to ensure alignment with university entry requirements, providing clear guidance on eligibility and application strategies.
- Coordinate with students and universities to resolve any outstanding offer conditions by collecting necessary documents, facilitating the issuance of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), and supporting embassy processes for visa approvals.
- Promote partner institutions and their offerings through social media campaigns and other promotional activities to increase awareness and student enrollment.
- Guide students through application procedures, including online enrollment platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports related to counseling activities, offers extended, application statuses, tuition deposits, CAS issuance, visa records, and other relevant metrics to support operational transparency and decision-making.
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Maintain a sales-oriented mindset to contribute to the company’s growth and student recruitment targets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in education counseling or student recruitment, preferably with knowledge of UK and international higher education systems.
- Strong understanding of university admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel and influence students effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in conducting online sessions and using digital communication tools.
