Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule high-quality, engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and tweets in collaboration with the design team to maintain a fresh and appealing social media presence.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
- Plan, coordinate, and publish content according to a well-structured content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and relevance.
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms to foster positive community engagement and customer relationships.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and click-throughs, using insights to refine and optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and audience interaction.

Required Qualifications
