Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Electronic Training Kit Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and ensuring the quality of educational electrical and electronic training kits and trainers. This role demands a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams to maintain high standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop educational electrical and electronic training kits and trainers that meet instructional and technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality inspections on all equipment prior to dispatch to ensure reliability and compliance with established standards.
- Ensure all products adhere to relevant engineering and safety regulations throughout the design and production processes.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate wiring diagrams, user manuals, and other technical documentation, all written clearly in English.
- Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot technical issues, provide support, and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and functionality.
- Record and analyze product performance data, identifying areas for potential enhancement and recommending actionable solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Strong conceptual understanding of electrical and electronic systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically in product design and testing.
- Proficiency in interpreting and preparing electrical wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken, in English to ensure precise documentation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with basic design tools used in electrical and electronic product development.
