Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to instruct 9th and 10th-grade students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive biology lessons and demonstrating practical experiments to enhance students’ understanding of the subject. This role requires a passion for teaching and the ability to engage young learners effectively in both theoretical and practical aspects of biology.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and structured biology lessons to 9th and 10th-grade students, ensuring curriculum objectives are met.
- Prepare and demonstrate biology practicals and experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts and promote hands-on learning.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Manage classroom resources and laboratory equipment safely and efficiently during practical sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching biology to secondary school students, specifically grades 9 and 10.
- Strong understanding of biology curriculum standards and practical laboratory techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Competency in managing classroom activities and maintaining discipline.
