Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online product listings and digital advertising campaigns. This role involves maintaining accurate product data, enhancing product page performance, and driving paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and contribute to the growth of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings by adding, updating, and maintaining accurate information, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Optimize product pages to improve search engine visibility (SEO) and increase conversion rates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product data accuracy and consistency.
- Plan, execute, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance by tracking key metrics, generating detailed reports, and making data-driven optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct A/B testing and segment audiences to refine targeting and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Create basic visual content such as ads, banners, emailers, and social media posts using design tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Collaborate with content creators and design teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Analyze website analytics, advertising results, and sales trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for overall e-commerce improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.
- Support the execution of promotional activities including flash sales, seasonal events, and other marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and managing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in using the Shopify platform for product management and online store operations.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar software to create basic creatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
