Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ASO (App Store Optimization) Specialist with a strong focus on iOS platforms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive ASO strategies aimed at increasing organic installs and enhancing the visibility of our mobile games. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity in testing and optimizing app assets, and the ability to manage paid campaigns across multiple advertising platforms. You will collaborate closely with product and creative teams to drive growth and ensure our apps achieve maximum performance globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine ASO strategies specifically tailored for iOS to boost organic installs and app visibility.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of app icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and preview videos to determine the most effective creative assets that drive user engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads (ASA), managing budgets and bids to maximize ROI.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and optimize app metadata such as titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage localization efforts for app store assets across different regions and languages to enhance global reach and performance.
- Create and develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and updates to app store algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to align ASO initiatives with overall growth goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to key stakeholders to guide future strategies.
- Oversee app updates and optimize each release to ensure maximum visibility and impact in the app store.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of iOS App Store ranking algorithms, guidelines, and best practices.
- Practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns specifically for mobile applications.
- Proficiency with leading ASO and analytics tools such as Sensor Tower, AppTweak, Mobile Action, App Annie, Firebase, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making supported by analytical tools and performance metrics.
