Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and securing new clients primarily through bidding on projects on Upwork. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to craft persuasive proposals, and a strategic approach to client outreach. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork to generate leads and secure new clients.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients to understand their needs and build rapport.
- Write compelling, tailored proposals that effectively showcase our services and value proposition.
- Leverage expertise in lead generation and business development strategies to identify and attract new business opportunities.
- Conduct client outreach through various platforms, with a preference for LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns, to establish and nurture relationships.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met, facilitating smooth onboarding and project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork, with a track record of winning projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive proposals and engaging with clients professionally.
- Solid understanding of lead generation techniques and business development principles.
- Ability to conduct effective client outreach using digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids and client communications simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality proposals and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
