Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Marketing Specialist to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and executing targeted marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive professional skilled in market research, lead generation, and digital marketing techniques, including SEO and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance market penetration, nurture client relationships, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, strategic networking, and effective lead generation methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and business partners to expand the company’s reach.
- Develop and implement marketing plans that promote products and services using data-driven approaches. Leverage SEO, content marketing, and targeted email campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Execute strategies to generate high-quality leads by utilizing both online and offline tools, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.
