Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of our enterprise ERP system across all business units. This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure ERP initiatives align with broader business objectives and support our digital transformation strategy. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of ERP projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of the enterprise ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects, maintaining strict adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations to drive business process reengineering initiatives. This collaboration will help optimize workflows and maximize the ERP system’s value.
Manage day-to-day support activities by addressing and resolving issues and queries from user departments promptly. Ensuring smooth system operation and user satisfaction is critical.
Oversee data integrity, system integration, and reporting accuracy across all ERP modules to maintain reliable and actionable business information. This includes monitoring system performance and coordinating with technical teams to resolve any discrepancies.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the ERP lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement at every stage. Your leadership will foster collaboration and drive project success.
Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels meet organizational needs.
Promote user adoption through structured change management initiatives and comprehensive training programs. This will empower users and facilitate a smooth transition during system changes or upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading enterprise ERP systems, including strategic planning, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in business process reengineering, particularly within Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience managing day-to-day ERP support activities.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, system integration, and reporting within ERP environments.
- Experience managing vendor and consultant relationships effectively.
- Skilled in change management and user training to drive system adoption.
