Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mobile app sales positions. This role involves sourcing top talent, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements, and supporting HR operations such as onboarding and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills, along with a solid understanding of fundamental HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment specifically focused on mobile app sales roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands, proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to ensure the right fit for each position.
- Manage candidate communication effectively, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.
- Support HR operations by facilitating smooth onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

- Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within the mobile app sales or technology sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple open roles and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes, including onboarding procedures, documentation management, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
