Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Trainer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions covering multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, tailored to the needs of diverse learner groups.
- Facilitate hands-on exercises that focus on the customization and integration aspects of Dynamics 365, helping trainees develop practical expertise.
- Provide clear guidance and support during training activities to ensure participants understand how to apply concepts in actual business environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and adapt content accordingly to maximize learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem to deliver current and relevant training.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to help improve their skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of its modules and functionalities.
- Solid background in delivering training or educational sessions, particularly related to Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise software platforms.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner, suitable for learners with varying levels of expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees and address their questions or challenges.
- Practical knowledge of customization and integration processes within Dynamics 365, enabling hands-on guidance during training.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
