Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVACR Service and Installation Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and supervision of HVACR projects. This role involves providing technical assistance to both customers and the service team, conducting site inspections, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the detailed planning, execution, and supervision of HVACR service and installation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the internal service team, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, system evaluations, and diagnostics to assess equipment performance and identify potential problems.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical documentation, including proposals, reports, and service records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services essential for project progression.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support after-sales service operations, including maintenance scheduling and managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), to enhance customer satisfaction and system reliability.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and basic project management tools to support documentation and project tracking.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work with technical drawings, manuals, and specifications accurately.
