Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Abacus Math Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of abacus math techniques and the ability to effectively teach students using the Abacus Math Tool. This role involves conducting engaging and interactive teaching sessions, helping students develop their mental arithmetic skills and confidence. The position requires approximately 4 hours of teaching per week, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver abacus math lessons using the Abacus Math Tool, ensuring students understand and apply the concepts effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in abacus math instruction by providing clear explanations, practical examples, and hands-on guidance.
- Conduct abacus math teaching sessions totaling around 4 hours per week, maintaining a consistent schedule and adapting to students’ learning paces.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student engagement and enthusiasm for math.
- Collaborate with other instructors or staff members as needed to enhance the overall learning experience.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong proficiency in abacus math and mental arithmetic techniques.
- Ability to effectively teach and communicate mathematical concepts to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience and enthusiasm for working with learners.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to a consistent teaching schedule of approximately 4 hours per week.
- Basic proficiency in using the Abacus Math Tool and related teaching materials.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
