Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

This includes managing large-scale recruitment drives targeting universities and colleges, ensuring full-capacity participation and effective candidate engagement. You will be responsible for organizing and conducting structured training programs, overseeing cohorts of candidates per project, and closely monitoring training outcomes to guarantee they meet established project standards.
Implement and maintain regular performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to foster continuous improvement among trainees and new hires. Develop and sustain the company’s HR presence on professional platforms such as LinkedIn, enhancing employer branding and attracting top talent through compelling content creation.
Additionally, you will design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation processes. These SOPs will ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all HR operations, supporting scalable growth and operational excellence.
