Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple industrial sectors including pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and chemicals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that drive market penetration and business growth. This leadership role requires mentoring a team of regional and area sales managers, managing key accounts, and fostering strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations from order placement through delivery, while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute national sales strategies aimed at achieving business objectives and expanding market presence. Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of regional and area sales managers to ensure consistent high performance and alignment with company goals. Manage key accounts by developing strong client relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships across diverse industrial sectors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and chemical industries, leveraging market insights and customer needs. Collaborate effectively with supply chain, technical, and customer service teams to guarantee seamless order-to-delivery processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Continuously monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt sales strategies and pricing models accordingly. Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making. Ensure all sales operations comply with internal policies and uphold customer quality standards, maintaining the company’s reputation and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within industrial or raw material sales cycles, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex sales processes. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a sales team while fostering accountability and high performance.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of managing complex sales cycles and building long-term, trust-based client relationships. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with supply chain, technical, and customer service departments. Willingness and ability to travel extensively to meet business needs and engage with clients and teams across regions.
