Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Project Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing relevant projects on popular freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. This role requires crafting tailored proposals that align with client needs, maintaining consistent bidding activity, and effectively communicating with potential clients to drive project acquisition. Collaboration with the technical team is essential to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility. The position demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of freelance bidding strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively bid on relevant projects across freelancing platforms including Upwork and Freelancer.
- Customize each proposal to meet the specific requirements and expectations of potential clients.
- Maintain a daily bidding quota to ensure consistent project outreach and follow up diligently on all submitted proposals.
- Engage in clear and professional communication with prospective clients to fully understand their project needs and objectives.
- Schedule meetings or product demos with interested clients to facilitate further discussions and project closure.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to verify that all proposals are accurate, feasible, and aligned with the company’s service capabilities.
- Monitor and report on bidding performance metrics, including conversion rates, to optimize future bidding strategies and improve success rates.

Required Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with freelancing platforms and proven experience in effective bidding strategies.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English communication to craft compelling, customized proposals.
- Ability to understand and articulate client requirements clearly and persuasively.
- Basic knowledge of services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, Design, or Digital Marketing to tailor proposals appropriately.
- Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience or familiarity with CRM and project management tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
