Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines basic accounting, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoices and records, handling daily tasks on various e-commerce platforms, and supporting customer communication. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage invoices, maintain accurate records, and handle basic accounting tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
- Utilize WhatsApp marketing software to create and manage online communities, engaging customers and promoting products effectively.
- Oversee daily operations on e-commerce platforms, including order processing, updating product listings, and ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Sort and pack orders meticulously based on order numbers to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and delivery teams to guarantee prompt dispatch and smooth delivery processes.
- Assist with basic customer communication, including follow-ups and addressing inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage spreadsheets and documents efficiently.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and fundamental marketing tools to support community management and promotional activities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Daraz, gaining hands-on experience in online retail operations.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in sorting and packing orders accurately and managing records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- An active, responsible personality with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality results.
