Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software development projects. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles, combined with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the comprehensive planning, execution, and closing phases of software development projects, ensuring all activities align with project goals.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams—including developers, QA, product owners, and business analysts—to maintain alignment on project objectives and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identifying any deviations from the plan, and provide timely updates and reports to senior management.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including detailed timelines, status reports, and risk assessments, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams by gathering requirements, clarifying expectations, and providing consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables while upholding quality standards and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various software development processes.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana to track progress and manage tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with team members, clients, and senior management.
