You will respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters promptly and professionally. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates from various platforms will help maintain a diverse and talented applicant pool.
Conducting thorough reference checks and background verifications is critical to ensure candidate suitability. You will provide ongoing guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures, addressing any concerns or grievances to foster a harmonious work environment.
