Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively generating high-quality leads through outbound calls and targeted email campaigns, primarily focusing on potential clients based in the United States. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate, manage customer data, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to consistently meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead Generation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by executing the following responsibilities:

- Generate high-quality leads through proactive outbound calling and personalized email outreach to prospective US-based clients.
- Design, develop, and implement email marketing campaigns that are tailored to the needs and interests of potential customers.
- Maintain and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and comprehensive customer information, ensuring timely follow-ups and data integrity.
- Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and effectively present appropriate products or services that align with their needs.
- Work in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to continuously refine and improve outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Consistently achieve or surpass performance targets related to the volume and quality of calls, emails, and lead conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and call activities, using data-driven insights to enhance future efforts.
