Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall accounting cycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely invoicing, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivables by monitoring outstanding payments and following up to ensure timely collections.
- Generate and record sales invoices promptly to maintain accurate revenue tracking.
- Handle the complete accounting cycle, which includes preparing journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Efficiently operate and maintain inventory and accounting software systems to support financial processes.
- Prepare financial and management reports as required by the finance team or senior management, providing insights into financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and accounting standards to uphold the integrity of financial information.
- Support audit activities by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
- Perform any additional finance-related tasks as assigned to support the overall finance function.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, audit support, invoicing, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
