Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities by generating and qualifying leads through various outreach methods. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The successful candidate will support the sales pipeline management while maintaining accurate lead data and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in generating new leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, social media, and other sales channels to expand the prospect base.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives and align strategies.
- Qualify and categorize leads by assessing their needs, budget constraints, and decision-making authority to prioritize follow-up efforts.
- Manage follow-up activities for hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date lead information, including status updates, within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Understand and actively manage the sales pipeline to track progress and identify opportunities for conversion.
- Participate in webinars, industry events, and conferences to network and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct research on target market challenges, competitor activities, and prospect needs to inform outreach strategies.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with leads, customers, and internal stakeholders using various communication channels.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to clearly articulate features, use cases, and benefits tailored to prospect needs.
- Adhere to company decorum and represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
