Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, providing hospitality to staff and visitors, and assisting with various administrative and office-related tasks. This position requires someone who is attentive to detail, approachable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while remaining on-site as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. This includes regular tidying of common areas, workstations, and meeting rooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff members and visitors, ensuring hospitality standards are consistently met.
- Assist with office errands such as delivering documents, managing mail, and supporting other staff with basic administrative duties as required.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to prevent shortages, coordinating with vendors or the procurement team when necessary.
- Remain on the office premises during working hours or as required to provide immediate support and address any urgent needs that arise.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with staff and visitors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of office operations and willingness to assist with errands and administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to stay on-site during working hours and adapt to varying office needs.
