Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer to lead the end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter and Dart, with a proven ability to architect scalable, high-performance apps for both Android and iOS platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative features, ensuring applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and usability.

Key Responsibilities
As a Flutter Developer, you will take ownership of the full mobile app development lifecycle. You will lead the design and implementation of reusable components and manage application state using advanced architectural patterns such as Bloc, MVVM, or Clean Architecture. Your role involves optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness to provide an exceptional user experience.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver new features. You will integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services including Firebase and payment gateways to enhance app functionality.

You will also be responsible for conducting thorough code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing coding standards to maintain high code quality. Managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for app releases on Google Play and the App Store will be a critical part of your duties.

Staying updated with the latest mobile technologies and recommending new tools or frameworks to improve development efficiency and app performance is expected. Ensuring that applications adhere to performance, security, and usability benchmarks will be a continuous focus.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart programming languages.

- Ability to develop offline-first mobile applications and experience working with enterprise ERP or POS system integrations.
