Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and execution across multiple brands within our organization. This role requires a seasoned professional who can develop distinctive brand identities aligned with company objectives and drive impactful, visually engaging campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of creative content production, ensuring consistency and quality across digital platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, social media, and email marketing. This position demands a strong leader capable of mentoring a diverse creative team while collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and champion the overall creative vision and strategy for multiple brands, ensuring each maintains a unique identity that supports broader company goals. Collaborate with marketing and brand management teams to translate strategic plans into compelling visual campaigns that enhance engagement, boost conversion rates, and foster brand loyalty.

Oversee the creation and production of diverse visual and multimedia content, including product photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting. Ensure all creative outputs meet rigorous standards for quality, consistency, and brand guideline adherence across all channels.

Establish, maintain, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines covering logos, color schemes, typography, messaging, and other key brand elements. Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners to ensure these standards are consistently applied.

Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns such as product launches, seasonal promotions, social media initiatives, and influencer collaborations. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative creative technologies to keep the brand’s creative output fresh and relevant.

Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Analyze the performance of creative assets using engagement metrics, conversion data, and ROI analysis. Use these insights to refine and optimize creative strategies continuously.

Work cross-functionally with product development and customer success teams to ensure creative content aligns with brand aesthetics, product details, and customer experience materials such as guides and FAQs.

Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, and creative content production, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring creative professionals and driving team collaboration.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong creativity and attention to detail, combined with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and a data-driven approach to creative decision-making.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces, including Amazon and Shopify.

In-depth knowledge of brand development, visual storytelling, and campaign execution strategies.

Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Experience producing content optimized for digital platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Awareness of current social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and the integration of user-generated content.
