Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating compelling written and visual content, managing social media channels, supporting email marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong communication skills, comfortable working across multiple platforms and collaborating with various departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives. This position requires a commitment of at least 45 hours per week and offers the opportunity to develop a broad skill set in digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for producing a variety of content, including blog posts, social media copy, email newsletters, and website updates. Creating basic graphic assets such as banners and social media visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will also be part of your daily tasks.

Managing and scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter is essential, along with monitoring audience engagement and compiling detailed performance reports. You will assist in drafting and scheduling email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot, including segmenting email lists and tracking open and click-through rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Conducting competitor analysis, researching industry trends, and profiling target audiences will help inform marketing strategies. You will summarize these insights in clear, concise reports. Additionally, tracking website traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics and native platform insights is crucial. You will prepare weekly and monthly dashboards that highlight key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities.

Supporting the planning and promotion of webinars, workshops, and virtual events will involve coordinating logistics, creating promotional materials, and providing assistance during event execution. Collaboration with designers, developers, and sales teams is vital to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with overall company goals.

Maintaining organized records of marketing assets, editorial calendars, and project documentation will help streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with major social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter—is required, including basic posting and analytics capabilities.

A foundational understanding of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools is necessary to track and interpret digital performance data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace is expected to manage documentation and reporting efficiently.

Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is preferred to support graphic asset development. Exposure to email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot will be advantageous for managing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset with a keen eye for visual design and strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Analytical thinking is important to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. A self-motivated and proactive attitude is required, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
