Car Field Sales Intern - Islamabad

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vehicle Sales Coordinator to manage and optimize vehicle listings for our assigned customers. This role involves direct interaction with sellers and buyers, ensuring accurate and timely updates of car listings, coordinating vehicle inspections, and facilitating smooth ownership transfers. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a solid understanding of the automotive market to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee vehicle listings for assigned customers by regularly visiting seller locations to upload and update car details. Ensure that all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and appealing to potential buyers.
- Coordinate closely with inspection teams to guarantee timely vehicle certification, maintaining the quality and reliability of the listed stock.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries received via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about the assigned car stock to prospective buyers.
- Accompany prospective buyers on visits to seller locations, employing effective sales techniques to showcase vehicles and facilitate successful sales. Focus on delivering a positive and informative buying experience.
- Manage the vehicle ownership transfer process, ensuring all documentation and procedures are handled smoothly and efficiently to complete transactions without delays.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports to management, tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction with sellers, buyers, and internal teams.
- Strong knowledge of automobiles, including familiarity with industry trends, vehicle specifications, and market standards.
- Self-motivated and persistent with a strong dedication to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with competence in digital communication tools including email and internet platforms.
