Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Photo and Video Shoot Coordinator to oversee all aspects of visual content production. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of photo and video shoots—from pre-production planning through post-production delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with creative teams, including photographers, videographers, models, stylists, and makeup artists, to ensure smooth execution and alignment with brand standards. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances on set.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all phases of photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning, on-set production, and post-production follow-up.
- Collaborate effectively with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, makeup artists, and other creative professionals to ensure seamless shoot execution.
- Arrange and oversee logistics such as location scouting, securing permits, organizing equipment, props, and wardrobe needs.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of dresses, accessories, and props used during shoots, ensuring availability and proper care.
- Develop and maintain detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and production timelines to keep all team members informed and on track.
- Supervise on-set activities to ensure all creative direction and brand guidelines are strictly followed.
- Assist with casting and model selection processes as required, supporting the creative vision and project needs.
- Proactively handle any issues or last-minute changes during shoots, ensuring minimal disruption to production flow.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all visual content supports current campaigns and overall brand objectives.
- Curate and select the best images and videos from shoots for use across social media channels, e-commerce platforms, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the social media team to provide timely, relevant content that enhances digital engagement.
- Organize and archive all shoot materials, maintaining proper filing systems, inventory control, and easy accessibility for ongoing marketing use.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience coordinating photo and video shoots, with a strong understanding of production workflows.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse creative teams and external vendors.
- Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems efficiently during fast-paced shoot environments.
- Proficiency in creating and managing detailed production schedules and call sheets.
- Knowledge of inventory management for wardrobe, props, and equipment.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing campaign requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
