Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and HR Manager to lead and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle across all departments within our hospital. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, manage HR policies, and drive automation initiatives to enhance HR operations. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in coordinating with department heads to forecast staffing needs, ensuring timely hiring, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Additionally, this position involves managing the HR budget and supporting the broader HR team in various personnel functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring alignment with hospital standards and departmental requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent across all hospital departments.
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals and compliance.
- Facilitate the successful implementation of ERP software to streamline HR and recruitment processes.
