Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to lead the end-to-end recruitment process and support various human resources functions. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with employee training and development. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR compliance, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire recruitment cycle, starting from crafting clear and compelling job descriptions to posting vacancies on platforms such as Indeed. Review resumes thoroughly and conduct initial candidate screenings to identify the best talent. Coordinate and manage interview schedules efficiently to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Ensure every candidate experiences a professional and seamless recruitment journey, reflecting positively on the company’s brand. Oversee all new hire documentation and deliver comprehensive orientation sessions to facilitate smooth onboarding and effective integration into the team.

Maintain and manage confidential employee records within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data integrity and easy accessibility. Support the organization, scheduling, and tracking of employee training and development initiatives to promote continuous learning and growth.

Prepare, update, and manage HR documents, policies, and reports, ensuring full compliance with company standards and labor laws. Assist in addressing employee inquiries promptly and contribute to fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture.

Demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, paying meticulous attention to detail in all HR activities. Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and management.

Apply a strong understanding of HR software, labor laws, and compliance standards to support HR functions and maintain regulatory adherence. Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with the utmost integrity and discretion.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description creation, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
