Sales Executive (Fiverr Expert – Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fiverr Account Manager to oversee and expand our company’s presence on the Fiverr platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Fiverr account, ensuring exceptional client service, and driving revenue growth through strategic gig optimization and client engagement. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Fiverr’s marketplace dynamics, and the ability to work independently during night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM PST).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and actively grow the company’s Fiverr account(s), ensuring consistent visibility and competitiveness within the marketplace.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop tailored offers and proposals that align with the specific needs and requirements of each client.
- Maintain key performance metrics including a high response rate, on-time delivery of services, and consistently achieving 5-star ratings.
- Conduct ongoing research into Fiverr trends, algorithms, and marketplace shifts to optimize gig performance and increase sales opportunities.
- Close deals with new leads while effectively upselling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Keep detailed and organized records of all communications, leads, client interactions, and conversion outcomes to support reporting and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
