Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our team. This role involves configuring, testing, and deploying ERP solutions across multiple functional areas including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HR. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technology and business teams, ensuring seamless alignment of system functionality with organizational goals. You will play a critical role in optimizing business processes, leading ERP implementations, and providing ongoing support and training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HR. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating these into effective ERP solutions tailored to the organization’s needs. Provide functional support and conduct training sessions to empower end-users with ERP processes and features.

Troubleshoot ERP-related issues promptly, coordinating with vendors or developers to ensure timely resolution. Participate actively in system upgrades, patches, and module enhancements to maintain optimal system performance. Monitor data integrity rigorously and support critical activities such as data migration, reporting, and validation.

Document workflows, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistent system usage. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP functionality aligns with business operations and complies with company policies and audit standards.

Prepare and present insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics to management, aiding informed decision-making. Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through to successful deployment. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize business processes and enhance system usability, effectively bridging the gap between technology and business teams.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Production and Retail modules within Dynamics 365.
- Experience working as an Implementation or Functional Consultant on MS Dynamics 365 projects.
- Practical experience with recognized ERP systems, demonstrating a solid understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, production, and HR domains.
- Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and ERP reporting tools to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, textiles, pharmaceuticals, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
- Exposure to business process reengineering and automation initiatives will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with workflow engines, business intelligence tools, or integration platforms is a plus.
