Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute our recruitment strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent for both existing and newly created positions. This role involves close collaboration with senior HR leadership to understand staffing needs and skill requirements, while managing the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and execution of the talent acquisition strategy, policies, and procedures to effectively fill vacant and new roles with qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager to gain a clear understanding of staffing requirements, including necessary skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate sourcing channels such as internal CV databases, job portals, and proactive headhunting techniques.
- Prepare detailed job descriptions and post job advertisements across appropriate platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of CVs and perform HR assessments through telephonic and video interviews to shortlist potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the orientation and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they have a positive and seamless introduction to the company.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive recruitment reports, including weekly updates, change of status reports, monthly headcount summaries, daily recruitment trackers, and vacancy update reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Uphold effective employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and scheduling work efficiently to meet deadlines.
