Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee a dynamic multi-city sales team within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and establishing market dominance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team operating across multiple cities, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and expansion of market share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits, gaining a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to effectively pitch and sell existing products, as well as identify opportunities for new product development.
- Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and performance monitoring for the field sales team to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Represent the company at automotive-related events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and foster industry connections.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to coordinate team efforts and manage client interactions smoothly.
- Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for detailed reporting, sales data analysis, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
