Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within international B2B markets, ensuring a targeted approach to lead generation.
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists with verified contact information to maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Utilize various tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and similar platforms to locate and connect with key decision-makers.
- Initiate cold outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring only high-potential prospects are passed on to the sales team for follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics on a weekly basis to monitor progress and optimize strategies.
- Maintain organized records of leads and outreach status using CRM systems or spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and easy accessibility for the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, demonstrating the ability to consistently generate qualified leads.
- Strong research and data scraping skills, with the ability to gather and verify accurate contact information.
- Proficiency in using lead generation and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo, and similar platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear and compelling outreach messages.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time effectively to meet weekly lead generation targets.
- Basic understanding of international markets is advantageous, enabling more targeted and relevant lead identification.
