Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Sales Development Representative fluent in both English and Urdu to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and supporting Account Executives by scheduling meetings and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication skills in both languages. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively generate and qualify sales leads through various outreach methods including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting to identify potential clients and qualifying both inbound and outbound leads to assess sales opportunities effectively.
Scheduling meetings and product demos for Account Executives is a critical part of the role, ensuring a smooth handoff and maximizing conversion potential. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system is essential for tracking progress and managing the sales pipeline efficiently.
You will also conduct research on prospects and target accounts to tailor outreach strategies and improve engagement. Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and events will be necessary to nurture potential clients. Additionally, providing constructive feedback to the marketing and sales teams will help refine messaging, targeting, and sales materials, contributing to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Urdu, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques.
- Proven experience or familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to manage leads and sales activities.
- Confidence and persistence in making cold calls and sending outreach emails to engage prospects.
- High level of motivation, self-discipline, and a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and SaaS industry is preferred but not mandatory.
