Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Outreach Specialist to design and implement strategic LinkedIn and email campaigns that effectively promote our services and generate high-quality B2B leads. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in personalized messaging, deep prospect research, and data-driven campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize lead conversion, while managing multiple outreach initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and email channels to increase brand visibility and service adoption.
- Manage outbound prospecting efforts to establish meaningful connections and consistently generate qualified leads.
- Craft personalized messaging and follow-up sequences tailored to individual prospects to enhance engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough research to identify high-potential prospects leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry-specific databases.

- Utilize a variety of outreach and marketing automation platforms including HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, Mailchimp, and Expandi to scale and streamline campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing on subject lines, calls-to-action, email templates, and timing to optimize campaign effectiveness continuously.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as open rates, reply rates, conversion metrics, and lead progression through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation tactics and share detailed insights on lead quality and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions within CRM systems.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes, pipeline growth, and other relevant KPIs to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B lead generation, email and LinkedIn outreach, or outbound marketing roles.
- Strong copywriting abilities with a focus on creating compelling, personalized messages that resonate with target audiences.
- Proficiency in outreach and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels, marketing automation workflows, and lead nurturing best practices.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and an analytical approach to campaign management.
