Planning Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets. This position requires close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Department and various internal stakeholders to ensure efficient production planning and timely communication of schedules and reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with the Sales & Marketing Department to stay updated on customer requirements and scheduling needs.
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for PCIA, ensuring alignment with customer demands and inventory objectives.
- Submit the MPS for approval to the Manager after it has been reviewed by the Deputy Manager of Production Planning & Control (PP&C) for PCIA, especially when any changes occur.
- Distribute the approved MPS along with daily production breakdown documents to all relevant department heads via email, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Monitor production plan execution by verifying actual production against the schedule using ERP-generated reports.
- Prepare and send daily reports on production status, including loss time and production backlog, based on data extracted from the ERP system.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in production planning or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems for production reporting and schedule verification.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation accurately.
- Ability to analyze production data and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
