Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role demands a proactive individual who can independently manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while driving growth in a competitive B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s expansion and eventually lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and strategic partnerships. You will be expected to suggest and implement innovative lead generation strategies such as hosting events, developing collaborations, creating content-driven funnels, and expanding partnerships to diversify the sales pipeline.

Managing warm inbound leads is a critical part of this role. You will qualify prospects, engage them effectively, and guide them through the sales process to closure without transferring responsibility. Ownership of the full sales cycle is essential—this includes setting appointments, conducting discovery and sales calls, presenting tailored solutions, addressing objections, closing deals, and facilitating a smooth handoff to delivery teams post-sale.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM is mandatory. You will be responsible for tracking pipeline health, managing lead and opportunity data, and providing regular reports on sales performance. Continuous improvement of sales processes to boost conversion rates and operational efficiency will be a key focus.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proven B2B sales experience, ideally within HR, recruitment, SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services sectors. Strong expertise in cold calling and outbound sales techniques is essential. You should have a track record of independently closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

A self-starter mentality is critical, with the ability to own the entire sales process from initial contact through to deal closure. Creativity in lead generation and pipeline expansion is highly valued. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is required to manage sales activities effectively.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to engage prospects and build trust. Additionally, ambition and drive to grow professionally and eventually lead a sales team as the company scales are important attributes for success in this role.
