SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our finance and IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules to support the organization’s financial operations. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring financial and statutory compliance, supporting cost control measures, and driving profitability analysis. The consultant will also manage data integrity during financial closing processes and provide ongoing training and support to end-users to maximize system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP FICO modules in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements, maintaining accuracy and transparency in all financial processes.
- Support cost control initiatives by analyzing financial data and assisting in profitability assessments to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage data integrity and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and effective use of SAP FICO functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and implement improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial systems and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure reliable financial information.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules within a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to support cost control and profitability analysis through effective use of SAP tools.
- Experience managing data accuracy and overseeing financial closing processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
