Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician specializing in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of offset printing machines and related downstream equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical systems, including gears, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and possess the ability to work collaboratively with electrical and service teams. This role involves both onsite machine installations and routine servicing, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a readiness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical installation and precise alignment of offset printing machines along with downstream equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in printing and cutting machinery, applying practical solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine servicing, overhauling, and thorough mechanical inspections to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
- Work closely with electrical and service teams during machine commissioning to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Participate in technical support visits to client locations, providing expert assistance and resolving mechanical issues on-site.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing and adherence to operational standards.
- Compile detailed service reports documenting work performed, issues identified, and recommendations for future maintenance.

- Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical systems, including gears, hydraulics, and pneumatics, relevant to printing machinery.
