Frontend Engineer (React)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js and Next.js to design and build scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating headless CMS platforms using GraphQL and REST APIs, converting Figma designs into responsive interfaces, and developing interactive dashboards and bot-driven experiences. This role demands a customer-centric approach, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reusable, scalable UI components using React.js and Next.js, adhering to modern front-end architecture best practices. You will integrate headless CMS solutions such as dotCMS or similar platforms, leveraging GraphQL and REST APIs to dynamically manage and present content. Your work will include building data-rich dashboards, implementing interactive ChatGPT-driven features, and embedding bot functionalities based on detailed specifications.

Translate Figma designs into fully responsive and accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3. Approach design challenges with a customer-first mindset, ensuring that all features address real user pain points and contribute tangible value to the product.

Collaborate closely with design, marketing, backend, and product teams to enhance UI/UX quality and align content strategies. Utilize Git for version control and support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) workflows through modern build and deployment tools.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, product ideation sessions, retrospectives, and demos. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, translating complex technical details into understandable business benefits, and showcase delivered features to internal teams.

Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Ensure all development work complies with established security standards and data privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
- Demonstrated experience integrating headless CMS platforms using GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboard UIs and implementing bot functionalities.
- Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization, accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and coordinate design workflows using Figma and pull request processes.
- Strong product thinking skills, with a clear understanding of the rationale behind features and their impact on overall product strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
