Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Client Handler to join our Business Development and Recruiting Team at our Johar Town, Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong command of English. While preference will be given to candidates with call center experience, fresh graduates who demonstrate the right skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply. The role requires comfort with computers, internet usage, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. This is a full-time position with afternoon shifts from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities
As a CSR / Client Handler, you will be responsible for managing client interactions professionally and efficiently within the Business Development and Recruiting Team. This involves handling both inbound and outbound communications promptly and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word. You will provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving any issues that arise. Collaboration with team members is essential to meet recruitment and business development targets. Additionally, you must ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures during all client interactions to maintain service quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have at least one year of experience working in a call center environment, preferably with exposure to international clients or markets. A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. Proficiency in computer usage, including internet navigation and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word), is required. The candidate must be able to work the specified afternoon shift from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and be willing to work on-site at our Johar Town office in Lahore.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in international recruitment or prior exposure to international clients will be considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive market salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, with additional performance-based bonuses up to PKR 25,000 monthly.
