Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled sales professional to join our team and help drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products and services to prospective clients. This role demands a strong technical background combined with proven sales experience, enabling the candidate to manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals. Excellent communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
Developing a deep understanding of our products and services is critical to this role. You will be expected to clearly articulate their value to clients, tailoring your message to meet their specific needs. Identifying and targeting potential clients will be a daily task, requiring proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. You will manage the complete sales process, including prospecting new leads, delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals successfully.
Timely follow-ups with clients are essential to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities. You will prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations designed to address client requirements effectively. Administrative duties such as maintaining accurate client records and generating sales reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying informed about industry trends and monitoring competitor activities will help you refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven sales experience supported by a solid technical foundation. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build and sustain strong client relationships. Being highly organized and capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently is important.
A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset is essential to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is required to manage client information and sales data effectively. Additionally, a minimum of one year of experience working in an English call center environment is mandatory, ensuring familiarity with client communication and service standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, at least one year of prior sales experience is preferred to enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous and will support your understanding of sales principles and market dynamics. Fluency in English is preferred to facilitate clear and effective communication with clients.
We offer a competitive monthly salary of Rs65,000.00. This is an in-person role, providing the opportunity to collaborate closely with team members and engage directly with clients, fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
