Junior Education Counsellor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
You will assist students throughout the entire foreign university application process, ensuring they have a smooth and well-informed experience. Providing detailed information about various universities, courses, and entry requirements will be a core part of your role. You will guide students in preparing critical documents such as Statements of Purpose (SOP), CVs, and reference letters, helping them present their best selves to admissions committees.

Counseling students on visa application procedures and related requirements is essential, as is staying up-to-date with immigration policies, university admission guidelines, and scholarship opportunities. You will also organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops focused on international education to better prepare students for their academic journeys abroad.

Supporting students in preparing for interviews, English proficiency exams, and other admission prerequisites will be part of your daily responsibilities. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring students are well-prepared and confident throughout the application process.

Required Qualifications
We welcome fresh graduates or those with equivalent qualifications from reputable universities or institutions. Candidates holding A Levels with at least one year of experience in sales, marketing, or target-driven roles are also encouraged to apply.

Fluency in English—both written and spoken—is essential, along with strong communication skills in Urdu. Proficiency in Pushto will be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, hardworking, and a team player with excellent customer service skills.

Attention to detail is critical, as you will need to review and provide constructive feedback on application materials. Familiarity with foreign universities, courses, and admission processes is important to effectively guide students.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools is required. You must demonstrate effective time management skills to meet deadlines, especially during peak admission periods. Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary to assist students facing challenges with their applications or documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to travel up to 100% is advantageous for this role.

This is a full-time, office-based position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
